We deliver to your doorstep daily from Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded).

For 6 persons and above, per additional person pays an extra $116 for 5 days with rice or $105 for 5 days without rice. $99 for 4 days with rice or $90 for 4 days without rice.

Above Tingkat rates are for one whole month. Prices inclusive of GST (GST No.200723286-E)
Rates are with effect from 1 April 2011. Other terms and conditions apply.

Service Conditions:

Dinner is served from Mondays to Fridays only. There will be no service and refunds on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Customers catering for 4 days per week must decide and confirm the non-service day of the week.
Customers catering for 4 days per week are not entitled to any refunds for any missed meals. However, they are allowed to replace the missed meal on another day within the same month.
Customers catering for 5 days per week are allowed a maximum of 2 days refund per month (i.e. 2 cancellations per month). The refund will be deducted from the next invoice.
If customers terminate our service on the month when there are cancellations, no refunds in cash will be made. Instead, we will replace the meals on the following month.
Only under special circumstances (e.g. going on vacation), customers are then allowed to cancel their meals for more then 2 consecutive days with refund. However, the normal 2 days cancellation for that month will no longer be applicable.
Please notify our Customer Service Officer at least one day in advance, before 4pm for cancellation of meals.
Customers are not allowed to cancel their meals during the trial period (1st month of service).

Termination of our service must be made before 27th of the month. An admin charge of $20.00 will apply if notice is given after 27th.
Advance payment must be made on the 1st day of our service.
Two sets of Tingkat containers (returnable upon termination of service) will be loaned to our customers.
Customers will need to pay for the loss and damages of the containers. Customers are not allowed to place the Tingkat containers directly on fire and are to clean the Tingkat containers daily.

Payment Terms:

All cheques must be crossed and made payable to:
Select Catering Services Private Limited.
Please ensure that your Container No. is written on the reverse side of the cheque.
A charge of 1.5% interest will be imposed on over-due payment.
There will be no refund for any Public Holiday.
Once payment has been made, there will be no refund should you decide to terminate the service before the entire month, unless under special circumstances and subjected to the approval of Select Catering's management. In such circumstances an administrative charge of $40.00 will be imposed.
A penalty charge of $20.00 will be imposed for any dishonored cheque
